We’re doing it. My husband left his corporate job of 16 years with 6 digit earnings and family health insurance in June 2023. I’m leaving my executive position at a large nonprofit after 9 years in January 2024. Per all the FIRE blogs and podcasts we’ll be fine… right?!? WE just have 3 young kids to keep alive, a dependent mother, and a dog to support. I’m trying to get a family business off the ground and do all the things and using this site to write it all down in this blog if I can figure out the dang site tools….
